Introduce an option to the submitter receive or reject the confirmation email?

I presume this option should be implemented on DDL.
Many of users are not interested in receive 20+ emails when use an autosubmitter.
And for the sites are less an resource used.

Is an simple change, easy to implement on all ddl scripts, can be useful.

yea I agree each time you get 20 emails. But I dont think all ddls will implement this as they are happy with there current setup. I think they would of changed it before.

It helps remind ppl about the sites they submit to, and when ppl submit via auto submitters they rarely even visit the site listing there downloads.

I personally would not change it.
