I would like to hire someone with experience in webmastering and WordPress.

I have WordPress site running on VPS on nginx server, and 2 subdomains, vbulletin forum and image hosting. I need to change domain name for all 3 of this without causing any downtime, domain will change from site-name.org to site-name.eu. And also i need permanent redirect from old domain to knew one.
