Reverse-DNS, Free Reset/Re-install, root-account via SSH, permanent remote-console, webinterface, hard-resets, start/stop and system statistics (cpu, memory, disk I/O, network usage), rescue systems available, emergency email support
Control-Panel:
The control panel allows you a complete monitoring of your system. There are statistics for cpu-usage, memory, hdd-activity, and network transfer. You can also mount pre-uploaded iso-images or upload your own. You can re-install and start/stop/reset your system at any time.

Remote-Console:
There is a permanent remote-console at bios-level available in our control panel. With it you can install and configure your system or change the boot-order to reboot via LiveCD or Rescue-System (Knoppix LiveCD for example). You can also monitor the whole system-startup or configure the bootloader etc.
Rescue-Systems:
We have several pre-uploaded rescue-systems available, that you can mount directly in the control panel.

Every OS is possible (windows and linux), if it is available via .iso-image. The system-setup is made by you or on request by our support team for free. There are several pre-uploaded system-images available or just upload your own .iso image via control panel. You can also send us a downloadlink to your image-file, so we can transfer it faster to the server.
