    Question Problem With Webmoney I can't send WMZ

    Hey i'm 1st time use Webmoney.. when i send Wmz to Another WMZ After SMS Confirmation code I see this Error..

    "You cannot transfer funds. For details please contact technical support."



    Plz tell me How i fix it.. And Why i'm see this Error...
