What steps should to take on File-hosts by KWWH to prevent scam?

My opinion:-
Any New Hosts ..those were started in or after 2012 should not allowed to make Minimum Payout greater than $25 in KWWH "File Hosts Official Support" Section in anyhow.

Plz let us know ur opinion..

-provide free premium accounts
-provide ppd plan
-payment only through paypal
-no ftp/remote/zoom uploads methods

allow file host which has instant payment (when you reach minimum cashout limit)
and a official support from file host (e.g from uploaded.to )

9 out of 10 times is a scam and we both know it......(sooner or later) if we look on last 6 pages on fhosts section we know what is going on.

there are some exceptions but xfs/pro is a ready solution for the kids to operate the new filehosts on newly domains. have in mind some used a cr@ck3d version without a proper license.....from the company

generally speaking KWWH mods have some more experience and can prevent all the mess newly fhost topics from KWWH (to protect not only the members but the guest-visitors too) but we know more and more opening and all "look the same" apart from the colors and this thing can not be controlled easily

Well there is nothing KWWH can do about it.
You remember the last 2 years of filehosts? Tons come here and some of them with they own script ( fileserve, filesonic, filepost, easy share..and the sister ones, like filejungle, uploadstation)...
Every last one of them turn out to become scam.
Everyone.. Except, till now, uploaded.to , rapidgator, and extabit.
So KWWHunction is doing what they can, ban obvious scammers and so on but you cannot ask them to do more then that really.
This situation is in real life too, you cannot avoid being scammed..Yes, this sucks but nobody can do more about this than yourself.
