we would buy unlimited traffic +win server 2008.

I really need a partner because otherwise it's too much for me.

I think he wants fast rar process and also the SSD will utilize the 10 Gbps connection.

It clearly is not a cheap RDP like your referring to, its a high powered dedicated server.
