ddl help

i have downloaded wcddl v3 and i cant seem to get the plugin manager to install and none of the modules are showing in the admin panel. i was wondering if anyone could help me with this or direct me to a better ddl script. any help will be greatly appreciated

cek th wcddl3 config file make sure the path is true
