I am wondering if I don't use VPN, what are other possible option to unblock VoIP and sites? May be guys using tunneling put some light on this ?

i use tor, but only because i need it to access some marketplaces i frequent.

but i also use ivacy double vpn and socks5's on a daily basis for protection.

I use a VPN but not for the sake of hiding my IP.

I use a proxy I have installed in my server while browsing certain sites just to be safe.
