my forum main traffic are from google, but this few days traffic drop about 50%.
i don't know if my site hit by google panda or what, but i think it's SERP problem.
so i want to buy services that can increase traffic from SE.

we don't have indexing problem, all post will index within hour.

No one can possibly guarantee you anything, also, traffic drop can mean a lot of things, was it a drop from 20K UV to 10K UV or from 100UV to 50UV...etc...

it was 3k drop to 1k+,

will social bookmarking and quality backlinks help to increase SERP ?

note:
we don't have indexing problem, all post will index within hour.
since we only use PING services. i never tried backlinks , social bookmarking , link wheel or anything else.

well, it could be due to duplicate content, could be google dance, could be some of your posts that got major traffic are deindexed, or pushed down the bottom in serps, because of competition, etc...
Social NETWORKING, BOOKMARKING, quality 1st tier backlinks, related 2nd tier backlinks, and 3rd tier backlinks would do the trick, as long as links are coming from different sources.
Also, you want to be indexed within minutes, even seconds, not within hours, or days.
Don't forget to make feedburner and friendfeed feeds too
