we don't have fixed country rate, it depends on advertiser bids and revenue share
and yes we do pay for Malaysia and Indonesia

you can also set return traffic url in case there is no campaign running for that specific country so you don't lose any visitor

anyway you can put a banner or text link but the htaccess redirect code is more profitable as it count all mobile surfers without the need for a click
