How do i get it to post the results to my email, and redirect to a TY page ?

then create process.php and put this code into it:

Something like that, please note that this has not been tested and is a very basic way of doing what you're trying to achieve.

Thats great, i added a simple meta refresh after the "Thanks" for a redirect back to my site, and the email arrived with the submitted form

You should really be using
