What do you mean by "slow"? You mean you have downloads and there is no money for them? That is not because our system is "slow". That is because you uploaded the files as a non-premium user - those files will not receive any PPD $$ until the premium promotion is over.

You have 1 option to fix it though. You must re-upload the files now, since you are a premium user.

Unfortunately I don't have the option to "convert" a file from non-premium to premium for just 1 user.

I am not an uploader but rather a webmaster (I don't upload AT ALL).

Just a suggestion, the site looks nice but the website branding is rather ugly and it doesn't look like a host that would stay long. Find a better designer and get your site re-branded

Ok - thank you for the explanation.

The reason it is slow is most likely due to the downstream at Lumfile & Turbobit. I've checked our server load as well as our bandwidth and everything looks normal (actually the usage is quite low at the moment)

Perhaps try from Rapidshare - I know there are many other users using Rapidshare with great success.
