Please provide more information so I can decide whether to explain why it's slow to you, or look into an issue with our servers (if it exists)

What do you mean by "slow"? You mean you have downloads and there is no money for them? That is not because our system is "slow". That is because you uploaded the files as a non-premium user - those files will not receive any PPD $$ until the premium promotion is over.

You have 1 option to fix it though. You must re-upload the files now, since you are a premium user.

Unfortunately I don't have the option to "convert" a file from non-premium to premium for just 1 user.

I re-uploaded my files and it still doesn't work, I mean your system does count how many downloads , but the money doesn't increase, and I uploaded these files as a premium user
