So, you got your SEO properly, but competition, or spam sites are dragging you down?
Or, you did some nasty spam to blogs, article directories, forums, etc, and got bad backlinks, for which you believe dragged your site down?

Well, google just released a new tool: disavow links.

So, what this tool does is ignore backlinks you submit to them. They are breaking a connection between those backlinks, and your site.

In case you are unable to contact site owner, who is linking back to your site, you can use this tool, to disconnect bad backlinking naighborhood,

Question: If you mark a website as a "bad link" would google associate it as a "bad link" in its rankings? What if someone uses disavow to a backlink, but another webmaster still uses that backlink, will the later get any negative effects because of this?

Cause if the answer is yes, that's one fucked up algorithm lolz.
