IPB theme problem

I just installed IPB on one of my sites, and i cannot install any skins, when i try to install them, they look like this (which isn't the theme i installed - i installed like 5 themes and removed them):

then i switch back to default skin and it looks like this:


Any advice on how to proper install a theme for IPB.

This is my first time using IPB.

I did exactly as the tutorial says, but the themes didn't work. They where all messed up. Don't know what to do. Delete the catch and try again? btw thanks for the quick reply.

Are you setting the "images" to the correct theme?

Example, when selecting the images for the new theme, make sure you change the dropdown menu so it doesnt go with the defualt theme select the new theme instead.

Thanks^ for the help, i fixed it. The problem was with the dropbox, i didn't select the skin.
