which one is the best and likely to not pull a paypal stunt?

payza does not work with directly with file hosts also and most that pay with payza are using third party processors which adds another person with your information and another person to possibly scam you.

They will all fall to Stop File Lockers eventually. Unless their TOS states anything is allowed to be processed for including illegal content. People have to understand payment processors have rules, if a partner break them, they may stop doing business with the partner.

So who will turn a blind eye to EVERYTHING? Western Union, Cash in the post, Bank Wire, once you pull out a credit card there are rules to follow, not DMCA, the rules of Vise and Mastercard carried to the partner via the bank and then the bank processing. I realised this 6 months ago and got everything to a safer way way of doing business.
