500 internal server error

Hey Guys
I dont know why one of my sites is facing 500 internal server error but all the other sites on the same server are working fine
is that a dns issue as i checked with intodns it says
ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond:

but this is of namecheap and i have added a records of my site to my ip
so could that be causing the issue

but it was my fault i accidentally messed up the domains php.ini file and it messed the domain
