Recommend me a safe place for my domain

Hello.. i have 4 domains in namecheap... before registered people told me it was safe place and i register my domains there but after reading this topic:

nemacheap it`s not so good place for my domains and i want to move my domains so please can you tell me any place which will ignore total DMCA and my domains will be 101% protected

no one would ignore dmca even if they are non-american company as the main governing body of .coms .nets .orgs is American company

yes some registrar might give u time to sort out ur dmca related problem & someone like NC might suspend your domain

I would rather recommend Name.com or internet.bs but am still not sure if this 2 would be better than NC

not really, it depends on severity of DMCA notice against your domain name

Go for Internet.BS, best I could find so far. They are offshore and there is hardly someone can do anything about it.
I'd worry most about hosting rather than domains.

stay away from European registrars and hosters if you have Adult, Warez or anything else illegal or at the edge of the law.

Do you guys even know that highest authority of maintaining this domain names is ICANN which is an American company. So ye your domains are not really safe but yes in better hands if you choose registrar carefully/properly.
