Looking for postbit dropdown menu.

Heya, I'm looking for the "code" / mod for the postbit like this forum use. Click on "My Statistics" and it reveal the rest. Seen some other forums use it and wondered if anyone know where it's from ( Been searching around and haven't found anything yet )
