Need some function on wordpress site

There are lots of Pages in this site and the page belongs to pornstar biography. Just want all pages there must be an option to put categories like we put on when we make a post. But there is no option for page.

And want to add Pornstar biography Link on all post And all post number belongs to that pornstar

As you see that Christy Marks - 38, When add a new post it automatically increase to 39 and below biography link which opens the Pornstar Biography Page.

He's probably using Taxonomies, you can add custom categories with custom names. In this case, hes using pages, you can add your own and name it for example Pornstars.
