hello

im running my first DP server
and have the C on a 40GB SSD
but people started saving files on the C instead of there drives
I figured id just block access
then 30 min or so later I thought that wasn't such a good idea and unblocked it but added a 100MB user quota

now im trying to make a new user ID but when I try logging on with it I get this
"User Profile Cannot be loaded"

the old accounts seem to be working fine
but nothing new works
I have tried returning user access to C 4-5 times
what ever I screwed up I can seem to figure it out

im also notessing when a new user account is made at C:\Users
not even a new folder

FIXED
turned out to be the quota
I had set it on the C drive from base and then I guess it also applied to the system as-well
5-6 hours of working on it and it was just a 30 sec thing to fix
