Look at the state of affairs now, all file hosts that are left are now stealing from the uploaders so that they can run away.

Your analogy is all wrong and in no way correlates to your example. I never said he was the law but that the law was on his side.

If you are going to counter comment here you should really learn to read, comprehend, and compose in the English language.

What he is doing is like a drug company in 1 country getting the merchant accounts of an online pharmacy in another countries cancelled to stop them from selling online.

Trying to make what occurs on most file hosts by most all uploaders sound legitimate just demonstrates the ignorance and lack of intelligence possessed by most uploaders.

His actions are completely legal, you can argue it all you want but his business is much more legitimate then that of any file host advertising on this site.

Come up with a different argument and maybe someone will actually listen to what you have to say.

Once you do that please list all the legitimate companies that had their payment processing accounts closed because of complaints by him. Name 1, you seem to be extremely knowledgeable and would not have made such a statement without having a specific example to make your point. 1 name of a legitimate file host whose payment processors account was closed is all it takes.

As for DMCA issues, if no one was uploading files that could cause a DMCA complaint there would be no DMCA issues.

Of course if you would all stop your copyright infringement there would be no need for AK to be involved at all.
