Own SMTP Server... How?
So.. I need to send out 100,000+ emails a month to our company mailing list and currently use a 3rd party company to get this done for us. Which isn't really ideal, as we occasionally need to send newsflashes and other mails that need to go out immediately.
Anyway, I've been playing with MAMP and XAMPP to set up an SMTP relay from localhost using an address from no-ip.org, which seems to work fine, but emails will never end up in anyones inbox as since my IP address automatically appears on the Policy Block List, which is normal. Probably not the most practical way to set up a mail server, but this is purely experimental at the moment to see if I can actually do it.
There seem to be a lot of companies out there that manage to send their emails out fine with no problems, and SMTP relay companies who will do this for us, but it's so difficult to find out how to actually do this.

grandsoft.org netgfx.org weownpakistan.com emp3dl.com majawed.com.pkbro that's my personnel advice to you, create Google groups, because mostly issue accrues when you send emails more then 100 from one same IP.
just make groups and send promotions or proposal from it.

There are many professional email providers out there who provides very efficient way of sending your emails instantly and also tracking the user activity by email link monitoring.
But i would really suggest you to configure a VPS or DEDI server, on which your website is already hosted , i hope, and send emails through your domain name . anels like cPanel etc already have inbuilt SMTP management modules, or you can configure smtp yourself, its not that hard, but you do need a dedicated ip.
Also, there is no guarantee that emails will be landed in inbox or spambox, just ask your members to click on "not spam/junk" button when they receive it in spam.
There are certain blackhat methods of bypassing hotmail spam email filter, but they are not recommended for busineses or long term emailers .
