Just out of interest i wanted to find out how much this is affecting you guys as it's causing me a little stress as i am trying to SEO my site and because of Googles (not provided) half my stats regarding keywords have been wiped away.

So basically 46.37% of my keyword stats have just been wiped away...

Would be interesting to see how it's affecting you guys, please post your screenshots.

It's not been wiped away, you just can't see it in that window, you used to, in a way you used to.
Connect your webmaster tools account with google analytics account, this way, you will connect WMT with GA, now in GA go to standard reporting >> traffic sources >> search engine optimization >> queries and you will see what you need to see.

Keyword = query

Btw, you will see here, how all keywords perform for you, their average rank in SERPS, number of impressions, etc, way more informative, than window you are currently using.
