How to see if a domain is banned by google?

Hello, I m willing to register a domain name, on which there was a warez blog previously. (almost a year back)

Usually google shows some results for the domain name even if site is dead from long, but for this domain its showing 0 search results.

I tried checking with online tools to see if domain name is banned by google, but they weren't of much use.

Any suggestion, how do I confirm if this domain is banned by google or not?

Well check your google webmaster account
Then submit your sitemap and then "add to index"
In case site isn't in index within 24hrs then you are ban
Also to verify use this site

^ Actully I dont own the domain.
I want to know if it is banned or not before buying it.

Is the domain you want to buy now active......
If domain has been dead for 1 yr+ then google will remove this domain from search engine{its logical}
Ofc after you buy the domain and upload your site google will index it again.

Well actually google has not yet removed some search results of one of my site which is closed for more than 1.5 years...
