torrent leech like a RL?

is there any where that i can get a leeching a bit like a rl but just for torrents

i see you can get a rapid leech for about 3-5$ for 12 gig of hdd

is there any thing like this for torrents ?

i know you can get a seedbox but i not looking for a seedbox just a torrent leech that lets you get torrents from open tracker and will only be about 3-5$ a month

Leafleech has combined torrent/RL service. But at $14 it's not in your price range.

And if you can find others, chances are that the provider won't allow public trackers.
