I ordered a RDP 5 hours ago, and I have still not received login details, I am considering filing a Paypal dispute if this is not resolved soon.

I can't login in my RDP
Hi, yesterday i bought a service NANO UK and today you gave me the info for access to my RDP but appear the next message:
Code:sistem oturumunuzu acamadi. kullanici adinizin ve etki alaninizin dogru oldugundan emin olun ve parolanizi yeniden yazin. Paroladaki harfler buyuk kucuk harfe dikkat edilerek yazilmalidir
Im waiting for access to my RDP, please fix that.

Edit: The problem is fixed now, username or password weren't incorrect, the IP addres was the incorrect. Thank you.
