Hello, when I'm trying to make an account at webmoney they ask me about passport number. The problem is that I don't own any passport and it is a mandatory field, I cannot reach next stage of sign up.

You need to have passport. Otherwise, you cannot go classic. If you have mobile number, you can do mini.

use mini or keeper

with mini account we can transfer money to other account or not ??
