Hi,
I am buying a dedicated server with:
- 1Gbit Dedicated
- At least 100TB per month
- At least 10+ IPs avaliable
- At least 12G Ram
My Budget is 150$.

Check out 1paket.com dedicated servers.
They have provided them a lot in a webmaster-friendly manner and there are no hidden fees on them.

You probably need to be more specific in your specs. Based on your requirements, it seemed that you are setting up a download, mailing or game server. You probably need to raise your budget a lot as 100TB is as good as 300mbit of bandwidth. Bandwidth isn't cheap for DC. Just my 2cent.
