Our servers are located in the Netherlands in deed. If you execute command traceroute, you can see that our servers are hosted in the Netherlands.
There was a misunderstanding with our IP provided and we got IPs that are registered in Belgium.
We are planning to setup new VPS nodes, and the situation with Belgian IPs will not happen again.
As for the bandwidth I would like to say that all our VPS packages includes generous traffic quote. The cheapest VPS plan costs only $9,99/month and includes 2 TB of traffic which is not a common practice for other hosting companies.

Netherlands IPs are availible. 213.211.150.34 for test.
