I am new Uploader. i am going to upload stuff on netload and extabit. can any one suggest me best VPS | RDP i can get here?
my requirements are

2cores
at least 2 gb of ram
3000gb bandwidth
1gbps port
window 7

please suggest me some good VPS RDP
