    RDP's are not designed for people to run their own software, I would suggest you get yourself a Windows VPS.

    Yes sir, you have to go for windows vps. You can not install software on RDP as its a limited user.

    You can contact RDP providers, they maybe allow you to install what you wanted or they will do that for you.
