Default What are your thoughts about the new look of Twitter?

Twitter revamped the way profile images will appear. It has upgraded to a Facebook style look (cover pic). See this twitter profile for example - https://twitter.com/todayshow

Although these changes are optional right now, do you like this new look? What are your thoughts on it.

Do share some interesting profiles with new look if you can.

It's not bad enough to annoy Twitter's core users in a way they'll leave but it's done well enough to allow brands and companies have a greater presence on Twitter which will bring in more revenue long term. Brands will love the new large header image where they can promote their products.

Overall it's a smart move by Twitter that benefits both the company, brands and users.

Well yeah these bigger images crap is just copied from facebook, the cover image sort of. Images haven't been the core feature of twitter, and they have always focused on text updates only, so i ain't sure how good this would be for them. But whatever a change is always welcome, people get used to it with time.
