Your kidding right. LeafLeech has awesome support. Staff are available like all the time.
RAR/unRAR speeds superb. It can take less that a minute to unRAR a 720p scene BluRay file. That's fastest than some RDP I used.
Downtime in last four months? hmmm maybe 3 times and it was more the file host had blocked their IP's. So actually no downtime.
