Hi,
Is there any way to setup an email to be sent to myteam/billing department about every product renew. means if client renew product/service an email to sent to specific department with complete detail regarding the service/product renewal.
also, an ticket will be created in the support area with all the same information either way that works.feronso Reviewed by feronso on . Hello
You have to use custom addon and use the invoice payments as a trigger.
