I donno what white label is (you mean no branding of the main hosting company?), but these are two good ones:

Most reseller hosting company's allow you to use your own private nameservers (white label) there are plenty out there. It sounds like possibly you are attempting to start a web hosting company. Sorry if i am wrong. Do a quick google search, if you decide to go with hostgator use the coupon code "houston" and you will get it for 0.01$ the first month

I actually did that the first time i read it lol....I think it is just because we are so used to seeing and dealing with paypal mostly. What ya think lol...by the way Jesse i edited my post because because i noticed that i was being a little rude the way i told you he stated alertpay, so i do apologize for that.
