Last update was not so long ago. Most likely around end of the year or beginning of 2013.

Pagerank dont matter except for selling domains . Traffic rules everywhere.

Google updates PR usually between 3 to 6 months from what we have learn't from the past updates. but with all the predicts only google can answer that!
in other hand somebody says google does it constantly with the toolbar indicator
