Why would you like to have Pakistani traffic ? Pakistani people are smart, they don't convert and don't buy every new crap on internet. Same goes for Indians and mostly Asian Traffic. Mainly people from US are the mostly dump to buy each and everything they see on internet, so they convert well. For ranking in US market, you need to get backlinks for target keywords. Traffic from one country may / may not effect traffic from other countries. Once you rank for good keywords, you'd get traffic from almost every country.

if trafffic was a ranking decider, anyone with lots of money can advertise on other sites, and increase their ranks for keywords. unfortunately, it is not.
