Filecloud clearly doesnt pay. Aavg.net doesnt pay yet. Let see. Restfile and eyesfile always pay on time but rate is too low though.

lol download rate too low

I requested payout from aa.vg at 2012-07-27, previously they paid all of their requests, after their paypal got screwed they aren't paying ( yet, hopefully)
