    Default VPS in Romania, Russia or Sweden

    Should allow music linking (would not delete my VPS with DMCA). I can pay only via bitcoin.

    They just suspended my VPS because of the DMCA, even tho they told me i have to right to remove the content with 12-24 hours, they even didnt forward the dmca email to me...
    EDIT:
    Alright, they unsuspended me.

    I still need VPS provider who wouldn't care about DMCA..
