FB likes, YT views selling sites traffic sources

Sites that are selling youtube view, facebook likes, twitter followers, where do they get the traffic from?

This is very interesting type of sites, the problem would be traffic. I don't mind paying for this traffic if it's going to be useful ( generate some sales )
