You base that on what facts? Maybe if all 3 sites have 0 traffic and use static html pages. I'd like to see some proof of that claim actually.
Just go through his sites . You will come to know how much database it consists of and how much traffic he is getting . On that bases you can calculate .

Again if wanna me to prove you , I don't know have time to install one VPS Server for u on the server and again install 3 sites on that ..

I Can give Guarantee if his sites run slow with what config i gave in his budget , Then 256RAM extra i will add free for him ...

    Peace!!!!

    €20.3 - total.

    @ SarKarRaj:

That's no proof is it. I don't need you to prove it either because guess what? I have a 256MiB VPS and I know damn well how much memory it uses. If I do a fresh reboot the RAM usage will be 59, that is nearly half of your 109 claim. Now when traffic starts hitting and pages get cached an whatnot this will rise, rapidly. In my case it more than doubles to about 130-140 average. That is - as said before - with optimizations and litespeed. There is no way in hell that cPanel and Apache are gonna come close to this. I would expect it to be pretty close to the 256MiB total and so at peak times it would not be enough. Especially if vBulletin is running on it which again uses more ram than phpBB or IPB.
