Mass folder uploading to imagetwist?

Is there a tool or trick that can mass upload folders containing images inside of them? I know I can use the flash upload but it's time consuming if you're doing for 100+ folders. Is there a shorter way to do this?

zoom uploader supports imagetwist, you can get the urls from the image tab (select your uploaded images and the line from the upload output you want)
