Can't connect with ftp, help!

Hi!

So recently i moved to a new server. I have centos5 and kloxo installed.
Im not able to connect to my root folder via ftp.
I get this error all the time.

Have tryed every possible ftp client. (smartftp, filezilla, coreftp, flashfxp you name it)
Weird thing is server support says they can access the ftp account very well. So the question is what am i doing wrong in here? Everything worked well couple of days ago, when i was still using old server...
I have tryed different ports, all the possible connection types, changed the ftp password many times.
I do use a VPN all the time, but this cant be the case, because i have tryed without it too - same result.
HELP please.

What? Connect to your database via FTP?

Afaik, it was never possible, correct me if I'm wrong?

Looks like you are entering the wrong password.

i have changed the ftp password more than 4 times now, this cant be the case when i have always written it down too..

OK, this make sense now.
Try with your main root password & user. Like username: root , pass: blah

If it works, it means that the other account has not been added properly.
Also, did you restarted your services after adding domain / users etc?

Made another restart, now i get this error, when i try to connect.

Changed my connection type to SFTP it still generates the same text.
On kloxo main page it says that FTP user is: admin. What does this mean? loging in with 'username: admin' and 'password: admin' don't give any results..

try making a new ftp account for one of your domains.

EDIT:

installed centos5 and kloxo again. it fixed the problem i had.
I guess the connection dropped while i firstly installed kloxo...
