We've port 25 blocked to keep spammers off our network and order to get this port unblocked you'll need to fill out a Port unblock Justification form of why you're needing this port 25 to be opened. Please note if you're caught spamming off our network your port 25 will be blocked you'll me subject to termination of your services and no refunds.
