vBulletin. Simply because it's better than IPB

Depends on whether you live in a cave or not ...

Most of the GFX forums I visit use IPB .... but you can always use the ,, all the warez sites use vB , so I'll use it too '' excuse

id use ipb.. personal preference for me, was easier to code, just seemed to run faster, and overall just liked it more

Really check both softwares and pick what fit to your needs but I recommend IPB.
