hi install kloxo on my vps i upload create mysql database but its not active active ball color gray not green please tell me what i do?

check your mysql server status by this command
service mysql status

Or if that doesn't work try

service mysqld status

Kloxo is pretty buggy product. It does not restart most of the services after booting up the system. So it is always best course of action to restart the concern service. In your case try to start or restart the mysqld. If it does not starts at all, go through logs. You will get the reason. Generally logs are located at /var/log/mysqld.log
