Yes, it has, at least as plugin.
If you are paranoid, do it by hand and schange your IP according to which account you are uploading to.

And for best anonymity, I recommend not buying Rapids with Paypal or CC.
Use Ukash, paysafecard or CashU instead.

any tool to open the second RS account and upload from it

i use file and image uploader(zoom) and open in it the first account

rapidshare will not delete files due to inactivity in the second account? of course i will not buy premium

hash changing dose not work with RS

I copied (download rehash upload) 14000 files to 2 RS accounts using Zoom file image uploaders rehash
I used a has checker to be sure the thing was working and on 3 seprit hash checks it was completely dif

after uploading I had the files on 3 seprit RS accounts with dif hash
I only posted from one
and when one file got reported all 3 got deleted
shutch a mess

while uploading a found a few that where banned
I tested changing the name but that made no dif
put the vid in a RAR and then I got them uploaded

over at netload it's even worse
have to add a Recovery record to get past there bans and that dosent even allways work
but if you tinker with the % you can make it work

then i try to upload again to it but it refuse, so i use MDF5 and change hash then upload to the first account again and RS accepted files !
