Does this seem relatively cheap? How cheap can I get it? Does the bandwidth seem too little?

Not cheap you can get better deals. Search on WHT Dedicated Server deals section

Depends on the datacenter.

If its Rackspace, SingleHop Chicago, Dallas IDC or any of the IO datacenters that is a great price. There are a couple others but those are some of the big ones.

Any other datacenter and you are probably overpaying.

The server onel0ve posted is in a decent datacenter (PhoenixNap) and is a great price but their site seems to be red-listed at Web of Trust so proceed with a bit of caution.

Not saying don't look into it or buy it, but make sure you read their ToS and AUP and know exactly what you are getting.

I would recommend www.motionservers.com they have better servers at better prices. good support also
