1. All payments and accounts are subject to fraud screening and payments could be delayed if suspicious activities are found.
2. Pay Per Download Rates apply to full downloads only.
3. The transactions fees referenced are charged by CYBERLOCKER.CH and are in addition to any fees that are charged to the user of the payment service.
4. Affiliates that are found in violation of terms or service which are located at http://cyberlocker.ch/tos.html will forfeit all earnings.
